HOW IT WORKS

You may sign up for Programs and Services through our Website and will be granted access via a personal login. You agree not to share your login details with anyone else.

Our Programs include, but are not limited to, Pelvic Floor Strength for Running, Confident Core, delivered through pre-recorded videos, downloadable content, and access to a private community group. All Members must be at least 18 years old or have guardian approval.

All Programs are paid in full, upfront, and access will be provided upon receipt of payment.

AGREEMENT

By purchasing any Program or Service, you agree:

• Not to transfer, share, sublicense, or reproduce any content provided.
• Not to sell, resell, or modify our Programs or Services in any way.
• Not to upload, transmit, or distribute malware or unsolicited material via our Website or Platforms.
• To maintain accurate contact and payment details.
• To use the Services in good faith and within the bounds of the law.

Violation of these Terms may result in the termination of access without refund.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Any information shared during group sessions, online communities, or coaching is strictly confidential. Breach of confidentiality, including sharing identifying information or personal disclosures from other members, will result in immediate removal from Programs and potential legal action.

GROUP FORUM RULES AND RECORDINGS

You are expected to participate in group environments respectfully and in line with the values of The Main Method.

• Group sessions may be recorded. You will be notified in advance and can choose to disable your video/audio.
• Any interaction with fellow participants outside the program (e.g., sharing contact details or meeting up) is done at your own discretion and risk.
