About me

I Believe Confidence Starts From Within

I’m Alexandra Main, a postnatal exercise corrective specialist, personal trainer, and sports massage therapist. I have more than 15 years of experience helping women rebuild strength and endurance so they can run without discomfort or limitations.

I’ve worked with elite athletes on the world stage as the head coach for the Ghanaian Paralympic Team at the London 2012 Paralympic Games—but some of my most meaningful achievements have involved helping women get back to running stronger and more confident than ever.

Why I Created Pelvic Floor Strength for Running

After working with hundreds of women—postpartum, post-injury, peri- and post-menopause—I kept hearing the same thing:
“My hips ache.”
“Running doesn’t feel the same.”
“I was told to stop or just do Kegels.”

These women weren’t broken. They just needed a better approach.

Pelvic Floor Strength for Running brings together everything most programs miss: breath, pressure, posture, strength, and pelvic floor connection.

It’s the method I’ve used to help women—from new mums to women over 70—reclaim their bodies and return to running without fear, leaks, or pain.
With this program, I’m making that transformation accessible, affordable, and possible for every woman—no matter her story.

If you’ve ever been told your discomfort is “just part of life”, know this: You’re not broken. You’re powerful. And you can run strong again.
