The Confident Core Method

Confident Core is a 6‑week video-based program designed to rebuild deep core and pelvic floor strength through a proven, layered approach. Each week, you’ll complete four short, powerful 30-minute sessions that focus on connection, mobility, and strength from the inside out.

As the program progresses, you’ll begin to feel a deeper connection to your core, improved posture, and a real shift in how supported your body feels.

Restore

These sessions focus on lengthening tight muscles that affect your pelvic floor and breath. With guided breathwork and mobility, you’ll melt away tension and create space for better core and pelvic floor activation.

Realign

We activate the smaller postural muscles that help align your rib cage and pelvis. This alignment creates the foundation for your core and pelvic floor to work effectively.

Sculpt

Targeted exercises strengthen the muscles that help draw your rib cage and pelvis back into place. Especially powerful for postpartum recovery or after periods of disconnection from your core.

Strength

This is where breath meets movement. You’ll build deep, functional strength and learn techniques that make every workout more effective, confident, and aligned.
