Confident Core was the start of my journey to reconnect with my body after having two kids.

The 6-week format and 30-minute workouts felt so achievable—even in the chaos of motherhood.

Just two weeks in, I could feel a real shift: less abdominal cramping, and a stronger connection to my core and pelvic floor. It wasn’t just about physical strength—it was about tuning in and feeling my body again.
