As someone who always considered myself to be quite fit and athletic, and having not had children, I honestly didn’t think that my pelvic floor was something I needed to work on. It wasn’t until starting the Confident Core program that I realised this was very untrue!
It turned out I’d been doing my core exercises all wrong, which is why I always struggled to shift that lower belly pooch. The main takeaway from this course was learning how to breathe properly while exercising, and this has completely changed how I now workout.
In just a few short weeks I saw my core starting to change, my tummy became flatter, and I now feel like I’m exercising properly. It’s amazing what you can achieve in less than 30 minutes just a few times a week!
I’ll continue to go back to these classes, especially the Restore sessions.
