Running has always been a huge part of my life—it’s part of who I am. Before kids, I ran almost daily, played team sports, and loved a challenge. But after having two babies just 18 months apart, I felt like a different person—physically, emotionally, and mentally.
When I started running again, I was exhausted, disconnected from my body, and trying to find myself. I couldn’t even get through 5K without leaking. It was embarrassing and disheartening.
That’s when I committed to the Pelvic Floor Strength program. I wanted more than quick fixes—I wanted to understand what was going on and give myself a real chance at getting back to doing what I loved.
Within a few months, things started shifting. I learned that it wasn’t just about ‘doing more’—it was about doing it differently. Breathing, relaxing, strengthening, and connecting with my body again. I began running further, without symptoms, and started to feel proud of myself again.
A year later, I ran the London Marathon leak-free. From not being able to complete a short run to crossing that finish line—it still blows my mind.
I’m now repeating the program, not because I need to, but because I want to keep building on what I’ve learned, push myself further, and stay strong under pressure.
