About me
I’m Alexandra Main, a postnatal exercise corrective specialist, personal trainer, and sports massage therapist. I have more than 15 years of experience helping women rebuild strength and endurance so they can run without discomfort or limitations.
I’ve worked with elite athletes on the world stage as the head coach for the Ghanaian Paralympic Team at the London 2012 Paralympic Games – but some of my most meaningful achievements have involved helping women get back to moving with strength and confidence in their everyday lives.
After working with hundreds of women—postpartum, post-injury, peri- and post-menopause—I kept hearing the same thing:
“My hips ache.”
“Running doesn’t feel the same.”
“I was told to stop or just do Kegels.”
These women weren’t broken. They just needed a better approach.
The Main Method brings together everything most programs miss: breath, pressure, posture, strength, and true pelvic floor and core connection. It’s the method I’ve used to help women, from new mums to women over 70, reclaim their bodies and return to exercise without fear, leaks, or pain.
With this method, I’ve created a range of accessible, affordable and possible for every woman – no matter her story.

MY MISSION
Too many women give up the activities they love because they don’t have the right support. I want to change that.
This isn’t just another set of programs, it’s a movement. My mission is to help 1 million women feel strong again, leak-free, pain-free, and confident in their bodies.
I’ve helped hundreds of women regain control, eliminate discomfort, and step back into life without limits.
