Meet Alex - your pelvic floor coach
Hi, I'm Alex – a proud mom to Ollia Lili, as well as a dedicated postnatal exercise corrective specialist and sports massage therapist with over 15 years of experience.
My approach is distinctive – blending corrective exercises, technique refinement, and self-massage practices.
I'm passionate about helping individuals reclaim confidence in their bodies by pinpointing the exact muscles to strengthen and correcting postural imbalances post-childbirth and beyond.
For me, confidence starts from within, and mastering your body becomes your ultimate strength.
I've had the privilege of guiding numerous women to regain confidence in their bodies, eliminate discomfort, and spend more precious time enjoying life with their loved ones. I'm excited to extend my support and expertise to you!
Life is too short not to do what you love.
Meet Helen: your physiotherapist
Hi, I'm Helen - I'm an experienced physiotherapist with over 8 years of clinical experience in Australia and the UK.
After pursuing further training in women’s health, I've specialised in the treatment of incontinence, as well as management and care of women during the pre- and post-natal period.
OUR MISSION
Our mission at The Main Method is to provide women around the world with access to high-quality pelvic floor fitness training and holistic health education via a supportive community.
Changing lives with the Cova project
$7 from every sale of our 8 week program is donated to the The Cova Project.
The Cova Project provides menstrual cups and menstrual health education to people who menstruate, across Africa.
They do this in an effort to help bridge the 50 day school attendance gap due to menstruation.
They work with exceptional local partner organisations to distribute these cups responsibly and with materials specifically tailored to the communities they are impacting.
They create and distribute educational materials, with accurate visual representation of the girls, to build confidence as they strengthen their knowledge around personal health and development.
The Cova Project believes in ACCESS, EDUCATION AND DIGNITY.
